Bedroom Replastering Project
Description
The bedroom walls and ceiling were fully prepared and professionally replastered to create a smooth, high-quality finish ready for decoration. Any imperfections were repaired before a full skim coat was applied throughout the room.
Careful attention was given to corners, ceilings and door reveals to achieve clean lines and a consistent finish. The completed plasterwork provided a durable surface ready for painting and long-term use.
Boiler Cupboard Transformation
Description
The existing boiler cupboard was completely rebuilt after damaged timber sections and deteriorated supports were removed. A new timber framework was constructed to provide a strong and secure enclosure around the boiler installation.
The structure was plasterboarded, taped and skimmed to achieve a smooth finish before being decorated to match the surrounding room. New cupboard doors were then fitted, creating a practical storage solution while maintaining easy access for future servicing and maintenance.
Laminate Flooring Restoration
Description
The existing laminate flooring was carefully removed to preserve as many usable boards as possible. Damaged boards and the old underlay were removed before the subfloor was cleaned and prepared.
A new underlay system was installed, and the reusable laminate boards were refitted to restore the floor. Finishing beading was installed beneath the skirting boards to conceal expansion gaps and provide a clean, professional finish throughout the property.
Utility Room Plasterboarding & Skimming
Description
A fire-rated ceiling system was installed within the utility room using a double layer plasterboard construction to improve fire protection and durability.
All joints were reinforced with scrim tape before the ceiling received a PVA bonding coat and a full skim plaster finish. Access points and service openings were maintained throughout the installation, resulting in a smooth professional finish that meets the requirements of a utility and service area.
